Oh pie! This is a little spin on traditional apple pie. I personally love crumble toppings a lot and so when I saw this pie had a crumble top I had to go for it! The bourbon and apple cider add a nice punch of flavor. This will definitely be my new go to apple pie recipe.
I ended up having a little extra pie and filling and made two mini pies using ramikins. The pie crust recipe is really quite amazing, AND it makes enough for three pie crusts which keep well in the freezer.
