Crispy Black Bean Tacos with Feta Slaw

These tacos were so easy and delicious that I ended up making a second batch when the first ran out.  The tacos get warm and crispy on the stove and the slaw is light and refreshing.  These tacos taste fresh and simple.  I would make the feta slaw by mixing half with the dressing and keeping the other half dry.  The slaw was still crispy the second day but after a third day it started to get soggy.  So just either mix the dressing together with the slaw immediately before eating or if you know you will finish it the next day.
